Withdrawal Times & How to Track Your Withdrawal

What each withdrawal status means and how long each stage takes.

Typical timeline

  • Requested — you've confirmed the withdrawal; it's in our queue.

  • Processing — approved on our side and handed to the payment provider.

  • Paid — money sent to your bank. Banks usually credit instantly via UPI/IMPS, occasionally up to a few hours.

Most withdrawals go from Requested to Paid within 1–5 minutes.

Track it yourself

Go to Wallet → Transaction History. Every withdrawal shows its current status and a reference number once paid. If your bank app hasn't shown the credit yet, that reference (UTR) lets your bank trace it.

What you see in your wallet

Open your wallet to see your balance broken down:

  • Total balance — all the funds in your account, bonus and real money combined.

  • Real balance — your real money, not counting bonus funds.

  • Bonus balance — the bonus part of your balance. It's subject to wagering and can't be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

  • Wager — your progress toward a bonus's wagering requirement (how much of the required amount you've wagered, and how much is left).

  • Available for withdraw — the part of your balance you can withdraw right now: real money plus any bonus that has met its wagering.

  • Pending withdrawals — funds you've already requested to withdraw that haven't been processed yet. They're temporarily unavailable for play.

You can also check your pending balances any time from your profile.

When timelines stretch

  • Compliance checks — see Why Is My Withdrawal Delayed?

  • Bank downtime — UPI and IMPS occasionally have maintenance windows, usually late at night.

  • Details mismatch — if your bank details don't match, the payment can bounce. Fix the details and the withdrawal retries.
