Common reasons a bet is rejected
Odds changed between tapping and confirming. Accept the new odds (or turn on auto-accept in bet slip settings) and place again.
Market suspended at that exact moment — a wicket, review, or price recalculation. Wait a few seconds and retry.
Stake above the market maximum. Every market has a max stake that varies by match, market, and timing. Lower the stake and it goes through.
Insufficient balance — including cases where part of your balance is bonus money not usable on that market.
Event started or ended — pre-match markets close at the first ball.
Why do maximum stakes exist?
Smaller markets (a session line in a league match) can't absorb the same money as an IPL final's Match Winner market, so limits protect odds quality for everyone. Limits are about the market, not about you.
Our commitment to winners
Some books quietly shrink limits for anyone who wins. That's not how we operate — we don't punish winning players. If your limits ever look wrong, or a bet you believe was valid keeps failing, contact support with a screenshot; we'll give you a straight answer about what happened.
