How do I create a Luky Cricket account?
Open the app or website, tap Sign Up, enter your mobile number, set a password, and tick the box to accept the Terms & Conditions. That's it — you can start depositing right away.
Do I need to complete KYC or identity verification?
No. Luky Cricket does not require any KYC. All you need to sign up is a mobile number and a password.
Is there an OTP when I sign up?
No OTP is needed to register. (An OTP is only used for things like resetting your password.)
What are the password requirements?
At least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter (A–Z), one lowercase letter (a–z), one number (0–9), and one special character (!@#$%…).
Can I have more than one account?
No — one account per person. Duplicate accounts can be closed and any bonuses forfeited.
How do I change my personal details?
Go to Profile → Settings to update your phone number, email, username, and first and last name whenever you like.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen tap Forgot Password?, enter your registered mobile number, enter the OTP we send you, and set a new password.
