How do I create a Luky Cricket account?
Tap Register, keep Full registration, and choose to sign up with your email, phone, or a username. Set a password, choose your currency, and tick "I agree to the Privacy Policy." Prefer to skip straight in? Use Instant registration — just pick a currency, agree to the Privacy Policy, and pass the "I am human" check.
Do I need to complete KYC or identity verification?
No. Luky Cricket does not require any KYC. You just register with an email, phone, or username plus a password.
Is there an OTP when I sign up?
No OTP is needed to register. (An OTP is only used for things like resetting your password.)
What are the password requirements?
At least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter (A–Z), one lowercase letter (a–z), one number (0–9), and one special character (!@#$%…).
Can I have more than one account?
No — one account per person. Duplicate accounts can be closed and any bonuses forfeited.
How do I change my personal details?
Go to Profile → Settings to update your phone number, email, username, and first and last name whenever you like.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen tap Forgot password?, enter the email or phone number on your account, enter the code we send you, and set a new password.
