How do I withdraw my winnings?
Go to your account, tap Withdraw, and enter your Account number, IFSC code, Card holder name, and Bank name, then the amount.
What are the withdrawal limits?
Minimum ₹100.00 and maximum ₹9,999.00 per transaction. There's no cap on how much you can take out overall — larger amounts are withdrawn across more than one request.
How long do withdrawals take?
Usually 1–5 minutes.
Do I have to wager before withdrawing?
No — there's no wagering requirement on your own money. Only bonus funds carry a wagering requirement.
Are there withdrawal fees?
None from us, and your bank shouldn't charge for receiving UPI/IMPS either.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
Yes, while it's still in Requested status. Once it moves to Processing it's with the payment provider and can't be recalled.
Why is my withdrawal delayed?
Occasionally a withdrawal is held for an AML (anti-money-laundering) compliance review. Most resolve automatically within a few hours.
Where can I see my balances?
Your wallet shows Total balance, Real balance, Bonus balance, Wager progress, Available for withdraw, and Pending withdrawals. Pending balances also appear in your profile.
