Can I set my own limits?
Yes — deposit limits, bet (stake) limits, and session reminders, all self-serve in My Account → Responsible Gambling. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one takes effect after a seven-day wait.
Can I take a break?
Yes. Under Take a Break you can lock your account for 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. A break can't be undone before it ends, so choose the length carefully — 6 months and permanent are treated as self-exclusion.
